OSHA regulation 29 CFR Part 1926 is applicable for construction workers including contractors and their workers, who work at the site as part of construction activities, repair or alteration; subcontractors and their labourers, who perform different works as per the agreement; and suppliers and their workers, who supply materials for construction site or fabricate goods for construction activities.
