Behaviour-Based Safety Management Course in United Kingdom

Our Accreditation

Focused on behavior-based safety, BBSM collaborates with organizations and builds exclusive health and safety solutions. Behavior-Based Safety Management (BBSM) is considered an optimal approach to reduce workplace injuries.

This approach examines and combines human factors and positive behaviors and helps mitigate accidents and build long-term safety habits.

Reports indicate that 90 per cent of accidents are caused by unsafe human behaviour. These unsafe behaviours inherent in workplace operations interact with other negative aspects (Pathogens), affecting overall workflow activities.

People remain the cause of accidents; they can still prevent such accidents, which highlights safety behaviors. Most industries have already implemented behavioral safety and have observed a significant rate of safety improvement in the workplace.
